As a result of the rapidly
increasing foreclosure rate in the United States, banks and
realtors are now responsible for far more real estate than their
existing

How it Works
When a relationship is established between you and
Derby Service, we assign an account manager to serve as your
single point of
contact. Simply identify the properties in your portfolio, provide
your account manager with access to property, and we take it
from there.
Upon intake of the property into our service, up to four neighbors
receive letters identifying Derby Service as the primary point
of contact for any problems with the home. This assures that
the neighbors have someone to call (besides the local authorities,
who will levy a fine) if there is a problem. Then our well-trained
team, armed with property inspection checklists, digital cameras,
and the support of the staff back at the office, visit the property
on a regular basis to assure the home has not suffered any damage,
that it shows well, and that nothing is present that would cause
a fine or citation by the local authorities.
Upon your request, to increase the marketability of the property,
Derby Service can provide potential buyers with a full report
of our visits to the property as well as detail maintenance
and repairs that have taken place. This report can provide
buyers and their lenders with comfort that they know what they
are purchasing to speed liquidation of the asset. Derby Service,
through its existing relationship with trusted vendors, can dispatch
lawn care and handyman services as needed.
